In addition to works done on commision for private collectors, her paintings and illustrations have been exhibited in leading galleries and have been featured on book covers and in news magazines.

Ravotti holds a Master of Fine Arts degree and worked as an instructor in art history at Aquinas Academy, an independent college preparatory school with a classical curriculum. She also offers private instruction in her studio in the north hills of Pittsburgh.

A native of the Czech Republic, she lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, William, and their daughter, Maria Crista.
